1. To choose fiberglass filtration mesh:

● It is woven with special high-twist & high-strength alkali-free fiberglass and special post-treatment. The maximum temperature resistance can reach 900 ℃. 

● Widely used in automobile and motorcycle wheels, cylinder pistons, aluminum rods, aluminum materials, aluminum ingots, aluminum plates and precision casting of all types of aluminum alloy casting. 

2. To choose fiberglass filtration bag:

● Fiberglass Filtration & Shunt Combo bag is weaved by fiberglass yarn and through special process, its withstand temperature up to 1000 °C. 

● Apply to filter and evenly distribute molten aluminum in molds.

3. To choose ceramic foam filter:

● Ceramic foam filter is just developed as a new type molten metal filters to decrease casting flaw.

● There are main three materials: Alumina, SIC and Zironia

● The organic foam sponge with three-dimensional network structure and connected pores is used as the carrier, which is infiltrated into the special ceramic slurry with thixotropy, and a special rolling process is adopted to make the ceramic slurry evenly spread on the skeleton of the carrier, and then finished by roasting at high temperature after drying curing.
