Zirconia ceramic filter is a kind of ceramic filter plate. The zirconia based ceramic paste is evenly coated on the skeleton of organic foam with three-dimensional network structure and connected pores, and then it is dried and cured and then roasted at high temperature.

Application Range:

The max. use temperature of zirconia ceramic filter is 1760℃, which is widely used to filter various steel castings and large cast iron, high temperature master alloy and aviation castings, magnetic materials, copper magnesium alloy continuous casting and non-ferrous metal alloy low-pressure casting fields.

Product Effect:

1. Efficient filtration to micron level of slag, refractory debris and other metal particle impurities, reduce the loss of cutting tools during casting machining.
